What happens if I still have money in my account when the program is retired?  
All Crimson Cash account holders are eligible to receive a refund of their remaining balance. Please click the above link to request closing your Crimson Cash account and request a refund.
 
How long do I have to receive a refund of my Crimson Cash funds?  
The Crimson Cash team will issue refunds until June 30, 2026. 
 
In what form will my available Crimson Cash funds be returned?  
Crimson Cash refunds will primarily be issued via check through our payment system.   
 
Can you transfer Crimson Cash funds back to my credit/debit card?  
This option is not available. Please submit a refund request through the link.  
 
How will I be able to check my available fund balance after the program has ended?
If you are unable to login to the eAccounts portal, please email the Crimson Cash helpdesk at Crimson_cash@harvard.edu for any needed information.

 Will I still be able to add funds to my Crimson Cash account?  
Yes, until June 2025.   
 
How long will I have to use up the funds in my Crimson Cash account?  
Crimson Cash account holders can utilize their Crimson Cash funds until June 30, 2025.  Please see the corresponding table below as to when each component will stop accepting Crimson Cash as a form of payment.  
 
Are white cards eligible for a refund?
Per the existing Crimson Cash policy, Crimson Cash generic white cards are not eligible for refund.
